Transcend Fastpitch · Members app · Bay Area
Every drill I run with my pitchers — written out week by week, day by day, with reps, sets and video. She stops guessing what to do between lessons.
Free to start · Works on iPhone and Android · No app store needed
Tap the weeks and days — this is the real thing.
Get the app
Transcend runs right in the browser and installs to her home screen like any other app — no App Store, no updates to chase. Scan the code or open it on her phone.
What's inside
One lesson a week is an hour. The other 167 hours are where pitchers are made. The app is how I stay with her for those.
Programs laid out week by week and day by day — no more guessing what she's supposed to be working on tonight.
Each exercise comes with the demo so she's copying the movement instead of trying to remember what it looked like Tuesday.
She checks off what she finished. You get to stop asking. I get to see who's putting the work in before the next lesson.
Cues attached to the drills she specifically struggles with — stacking, whip, arm path — in the same words I use in the circle.
Programs assume school, practice and tournaments. Short days when the week is packed, longer ones when there's room.
Installs straight from the browser to her home screen. Free to start — open it right now.
Already live
The members app is live right now at members.transcendfastpitch.com — real programs, real athletes, real drills. Open it on her phone in the next sixty seconds.
In person
Everything starts with real coaching. Here's how athletes get in.
Group
Small-group instruction where athletes find out where they actually are. Beginners build a foundation; advanced players leave with new tools.

Private
Limited spots. The goal is to send her home able to practice alone — correct mechanics, real spin, and habits that hold up in a game.

Remote
Send film, get a breakdown, and I'll write the custom program — then it lands in the app with drills, reps and a schedule.
Start with video →Free training guides
Each guide is a focused drill series built around one concept — the drills I actually use, with reps, sets and the cues that make them click. New guides drop regularly.
Meet Jiana
Early on, my problem was never the mechanics or the hours. It was the doubt in the circle — the part nobody was coaching.
I played D1 at Saint Mary's, finished at Menlo College, and have spent the years since studying how the body is actually built to move. I teach internal rotation, and I haven't looked back.
But the mechanics are the easy half. The power of having someone in your corner is immeasurable — and I want my athletes to know their worth goes well past the sport they play.
Free to start. Installs in about fifteen seconds. She'll have something to do at the wall before dinner.
